- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (MST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We offer the following shipping options for deliveries within the United States:

Expedited Shipping

Express Shipping

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier capacity, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
3. International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping details:
Standard International
- Delivery Time: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight
- Carrier: USPS International / DHL / FedEx International
Express International
- Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
- Cost: Calculated at checkout
- Carrier: DHL Express / FedEx International Priority
Important Notes for International Orders:
- Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
- Customs Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing. These delays are beyond our control.
- Restricted Countries: We cannot ship to countries subject to US trade restrictions or embargoes.

- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or express shipping methods.
- Address changes may be possible before the order ships. Contact us immediately if you need to update your address.

For orders placed through Amazon or Back Market:
- Shipping options and delivery times are determined by the respective marketplace.
- Amazon Prime-eligible orders benefit from Prime shipping speeds.
- Tracking information is provided through the marketplace platform.
- Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds may differ from our website.
7. Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe:
- Check the tracking information for the latest status update.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
- If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Document the damage with photos before opening or discarding the packaging.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@coconutventures.com with photos and your order number.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect:
- We will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
- Alternatively, you may request a refund (original shipping costs are non-refundable).
8. Shipping Restrictions
- Some products may have shipping restrictions based on destination regulations.
- Hazardous materials (e.g., lithium batteries above certain capacities) may have specific shipping requirements.
