At Coconut Ventures LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with our eCommerce management platform. We offer a straightforward refund and cancellation policy for all subscription plans as outlined below.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our Service within the first 30 days of your initial paid subscription:
- Contact us to request a full refund.
- Refunds under the money-back guarantee are issued for the full subscription amount with no questions asked.
- The 30-day period begins on the date of your first paid subscription charge (not the free trial start date).
- This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only.
2. Free Trial
All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a free trial, and no charges will be incurred during the trial period. If you choose not to subscribe after the trial, your account will simply be deactivated with no charges.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will retain full access to all features and your data until the end of the paid period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period (see Section 4 below for refund eligibility).
4. Refund Eligibility
Beyond the 30-day money-back guarantee, refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Service Outage: If the platform experiences a significant outage (more than 24 consecutive hours) that materially impacts your ability to use the Service, you may request a prorated refund or account credit for the affected period.
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or for a subscription you did not authorize, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
- Plan Downgrades: When downgrading to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference during the current period.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription fees after the 30-day money-back guarantee period, except as described in Section 4.
- Partial billing periods after cancellation (you retain access until the end of the paid period).
- Add-on services or one-time setup fees, unless the service was not delivered as described.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Review: Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Plan Changes
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time:
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period.
- Downgrades: Take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until then.
- Plan changes can be made from your account settings or by contacting support.
8. Account Data After Cancellation
After your subscription is cancelled and the paid period ends:
- Your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to access the platform.
- You have 30 days from the end of your subscription to request an export of your data.
- After the 30-day data retention period, your data may be permanently deleted from our systems.

9. Disputes
If you have a billing dispute, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
